MISCELLANEOUS FAQs

 

Current Issues:

 

• Successful creation of Customized Form that works with PDF module. (2/17/2015)

• OCR NOT functioning (02/05/2015)

• Newspapers - do we need to split into 2 collections? (02/02/2015)

• Subject field issues (controlled vocab)

• 02/24/2015 - Book Collection Module Issues

  • Need the upload limit for zipped pages to be upped from 2GB to 8GB

  • After running the OCR function - there is still no OCR datastream

  • TN datastream works for 1st page. However, when you click on the item, e.g., "Scrapbook Test 1," none of the thumbnails are functioning.

  • Even the larger formats, images not available despite images being generated (prior to the thumbnail)

  • Text is not searchable from the in-text search within the object or the search across collections (ex. "Utah," "Scrapbook," "Salt Lake")
